Installation Complete: Clermont County, Ohio Equipment Storage Building

The GC Fabric Building Division recently wrapped up two equipment storage buildings for Clermont County in Batavia, Ohio. This building is 36' at the peak including the 5' poured wall foundations which provides ample clear height for day-to-day operations.  

The eaves on these structures add extra protection from the elements and can make a building more functional by providing a dry area for loading or storage.

Scope of Work

• Two 60' x 150' Britespan Buildings

• Engineered Building per IBC for Project Site

• 12.5 ounce, 23 mil polyethylene FR fabric

• Hot Dipped Galvanized Building Components

• Two End Walls with Steel Framing per Building

• Two Framed Openings for Overhead Doors per Building

• Two Framed Openings for Man Doors per Building

• 6' Sidewall Eave Extensions per Building

• 5' Poured Wall Foundations (by others)
