Installation Complete: Olathe, Kansas Salt Storage Dome

The GC Fabric Building Division recently wrapped up a 80' x 140' salt storage dome for the City of Olathe in Kansas. Despite a last-minute schedule change, our team completed the project a full week ahead of schedule.

• 80' x 140' Apex Series Building from Britespan

• Engineered Building per IBC for Project Site

• 12 ounce, 23 mil polyethylene Non-FR fabric

• Hot Dipped Galvanized Building Components

• 12' Precast L Bunker Panels

• Engineered Concrete Foundation Featuring Pad and Piers Extending 4' Above Grade 

• One Open End Wall

• One End Wall with Steel Framing

• Four 4' x 4' Mesh End Wall Vents

• 11,200 SF
