Installation Complete: Guernsey County, Ohio Salt Storage Dome
52' x 96' Britespan Building
The GC Fabric Building Division recently completed a salt storage dome for Guernsey County in Cambridge, Ohio, and this 52' x 96' structure delivers nearly 5,000 square feet of efficient clear‑span storage with a durable fabric cover built to handle corrosive salt environments. The building was constructed on a pad and pier foundation and integrated with precast bunker panels to support efficient, high-volume material handling. The independent bunker system enhances airflow, minimizing condensation and reducing corrosion exposure to structural components, which helps extend the life of the facility. Fabric buildings offer long‑lasting performance, reduced maintenance, and naturally bright working conditions.
