Installation Complete: Spokane, Washington Salt Storage Building

The GC Fabric Building Division recently completed a 65' x 60' fabric salt storage building for the City of Spokane, Washington. This fabric structure provides a cost-effective and durable solution for storing bulk salt or sand. Built with a corrosion-resistant steel frame and heavy-duty fabric cover, it protects materials from moisture and ensures easy access for loading and unloading.

Scope of Work

• 65' x 60' Atlas Series Building from Britespan

• Engineered Building per IBC for Project Site

• 12.5 ounce, 23 mil polyethylene Non-FR fabric

• Hot Dipped Galvanized Building Components

• One Open End Wall

• One End Wall with Steel Framing

• Four 3' x 3' Mesh End Wall Vents 

• Engineered Concrete Block Foundation (by owner)

• 3,900 SF
