Sparta, Wisconsin Salt Storage Dome

The GC Fabric Building Division recently completed a 41' x 56' salt storage dome for the City of Sparta in Wisconsin. Designed for efficient, long‑term performance, the structure provides a storage capacity of 725 tons and features a block foundation, independent bunker panels to contain salt and prevent spillover onto building components, an end wall with a 4' x 4' mesh vent to promote airflow and reduce condensation. The fabric building is designed for optimal protection for the city’s salt supply.
