Installation Complete: Scranton, Pennsylvania Salt Storage Building

The GC Fabric Building Division recently wrapped up a salt storage building for the City of Scranton, Pennsylvania. The panels inside the structure helps to increase the storage capacity of the building while preventing the corrosive salt from spilling onto steel building components.

• Engineered Building per IBC for Project Site

• 12.5 ounce, 23 mil polyethylene Non-FR fabric

• Hot Dipped Galvanized Building Components

• Engineered Concrete Block Foundations

• 8' Precast Bunker Panels with Corrosion Inhibitor

• One Open End Wall

• One End Wall with Steel Framing

• Four 3' x 3' Mesh End Wall Vents

• 1,300-Ton Salt Storage Capacity
