Oak Harbor, Ohio Salt Storage Building

The GC Fabric Building Division delivered a 80' x 120' salt storage building for ODOT in Oak Harbor, Ohio. This fabric salt storage building is designed for durability and long-term performance, featuring hot-dipped galvanized building components to protect against corrosion in harsh environments. The structure also includes precast bunker panels to contain salt materials and reduce contact with steel framing, extending the life of the building. To support proper airflow and moisture control, the fabric building is equipped with four mesh end wall vents, providing natural air ventilation and helping maintain optimal conditions for municipal salt storage operations.
