This structure is built on a pad and pier foundation and includes 12' precast concrete panels for strength and durability. Designed to store over 3,000 tons of salt, the building features a modified 10' bay to maximize functionality within the site’s limited space.

Engineered for durability and efficiency, this structure extends the skating season and reduces maintenance, making it an ideal solution for municipal recreation facilities.
53' x 64' Recycling Facility
Location: Hubbard County, Minnesota
The building is constructed on a block foundation designed to accommodate the site’s elevation change, with a single row of blocks in the front and multiple blocks in the back for added height and support. Inside, a concrete wall divider separates the elevation difference and defines the area where recycling equipment is located.
46' x 170' Easy Access
Location: Lakeville, Minnesota
This building features one 40-foot, two 30-foot, and two 35-foot sidewall portals. Bunker panels help keep materials separated, allowing for efficient organization.
65' x 70' Salt Storage
